Summary of proposal inc. proposed outputs
This project will build on the first FiPL project (TV003) by bringing another 300m of hedges into our hedge laying cycle, enhancing these important features for wildlife.
We will also be utilising 12 days of volunteers supporting us to continue working towards our goals of making South Hooe a haven for wildlife.
The tasks they will support us with include hedge laying, coppicing, ride management and raking wildflower seeds and creating screens for the wildlife walks we host monthly.
South Hooe is improving the land to attract more wildlife to the area and provide a safe haven for them to live and thrive. The work in this project allows us to continue on this path to our end goal.
